This Forest Service cabin has a quiet off the beaten path location near the American River and just off a stream. It is a short hop to Strawberry or Kyburz and is surrounded by Eldorado National Forest with all sorts of opportunity to hike, bike, climb, fish, swim, boat, or off road. The upstairs has 3 sleeping areas as can fit a large crew. Down stairs, the living area still has the cabin character of the pine finish and wood stove. With a great deck off the living room and kitchen it is well set up to entertain or have a BBQ. There is a small stream out the back that you can listen to and relax to on the quiet evenings after escaping the central valley heat. The cabin has been loved by this family for a long time, but it is time to have a new owner start their memories here. This a Forest Service cabin subject to the terms of the special use permit.
